United States District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania - Docket Report
This is the docket of Ellen Mariani's RICO suit against Bush, Ashcroft and others alleging prior knowledge of the attacks which was deliberately not acted on. While I don't believe the claims of prior knowledge are yet supported by the evidence, and am skeptical they ever will be, the substance of the complaint is of interest for a variety of reasons. The only documents available (and linked from the docket) at present are the Government's Motion to Dismiss With Prejudice (on a variety of rather dull procedural grounds) as well as an (equally dull) attachment to that same motion.
