Steven Fishman, author of the famous "Fishman affidavit" has suddenly and bizarrely returned to the alt.religion.scientology newsgroup.
Could this docket have anything to do with it? Look at the last entry.

Where would Steven Fishman have acquired $400,000, and if he did acquire it, why would there be almost three years between the event date and date of entry on the docket? He didn't have the $400,000 in 1996, as reflected in this Usenet post.
