The New York Post reports that anti-Semites are exploiting Google's PageRank system in order to boost the rankings of a hate site on searches for the word "Jew." In retaliation, critics of the Nazis are reverse Googlebombing the word href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jew">"Jew" with the links pointing to the Wikipedia entry for the word href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jew">"Jew."
The incestuous linking strategy of the neo-Nazis reminds me of the link spam strategy of Scientology, and like that one, appears to be backfiring, largely because it encourages reverse Googlebombs.
