I have updated the Doe v. Ashcroft docket, as well as added the ruling in the case enjoining the use of so-called "national security letters" which require ISPs to turn over information regarding subscribers with no possibility of judicial revier.
The Doe v. Ashcroft (2004 WL 2185571 [SDNY]) docket and documents are here. Note that this is a slightly altered docket, with links to actual documents added which are not originally from PACER.
Most interesting is the ruling itself. While this document exists as a PDF on the website of the Southern District of New York, that lacks the actual text of the ruling, which I have added to my own PDF, which is otherwise identical. I have not stringently vetted it for errors.
